Melaksanakan, mengkoordinir proses kualifikasi di dalam Quality System terutama untuk memastikan kualitas Equipment, Facility Control dan Computer System/Software, melakukan evaluasi secara berkala melalui assesment System Periodic Review, dan melakukan analisa hasil pengukuran agar dapat memenuhi standar
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Directs, coaches, supports, supervises, and evaluates (with the Sous Chef) all direct reports. Must have excellent food knowledge and a full understanding of culinary terms. Must be able to read, understand, follow, and prepare
