We are seeking an experienced Network Security Officer to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of the companys IT infrastructure across our Head Office, Factory, and 12 branch locations.

Key Responsibilities: Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, networks, and business applications. Troubleshoot user issues to ensure business continuity. Support CCTV, scanners, and other peripheral devices. Support Oracle NetSuite, POS (Ticketing & F&B), PMS, and other operational
